It doesn't give me the error saying voltage too high in BIOS on default settings which indicates that the PC is running at default/optimal voltage. It boots into Windows like normal and I'm not given any "Your computer just recovered from a serious error" message like I would with recovering from a normal BSOD. If your CPU did not have enough voltage it would most likely BSOD, freeze the computer or crash applications.
