I don't stress test normally with adaptive on, just in a few cases I have. If improperly managed, these increases in temperature can cause permanent physical damage to the component or even “heat death”. Programs for stress testing override your voltage settings and set their own voltage when you are in adaptive or offset mode so don't do that. Set the voltage to manual at 1.225, cpu cache multi to 30, cache voltage to 1.20, cpu input voltage to 1.9, xmp ram at 1333, cpu turbo multi to 42 and Also I tried turning on just c state c9 but my pc just lagged and crashed, don't know how to configure the c state side of things so I have left
