They do this to stop spam senders. Then reboot and try again. I have step by step for this setup, but you need specific instructions for your exchange hosting provider. You will have to unplug your router from your modem before doing do.

Commonly used port numbers are 587, 465, and 1025 but if these don't work, you'll need to check your mail providers support pages for the correct port number.
