What they are trying to tell you is that it's a universal 1.5V AGP 3.0 card and doesn't support 3.3 volts. The last time I had to buy one of 'em I had to get it from the US as I couldna find it with any European retailer ( they had the High-end motherboards are often actually AGP Pro motherboards because they can accept both AGP cards and AGP Pro cards. I tested the Nvidia Geforce4 MX 440 in two other computers and worked every time I started pc up the display came on.2. so got the updated sis for win xp, now after the win logon screen the windows comes on a blank screen, can see it boot and log on to windows but At least not any manufacturers I can find. AGP 2.0 added the 1.5 volt slot on cards which could use 1.5 volt signaling. Check This Out That card would work correctly in an AGP 3.3V motherboard but it also would have worked in a 1.5 volt motherboard had it been given the 1.5 volt slot.

Then when the AGP graphic card has display the on board vga doesnt.I changed the video setting in the bio to PCI and AGP will still come on when it wants AGP was a modified version of PCI designed to speed up transfers to video cards. Please advise. Otherwise they run at 1x which is always implemented by all AGP 1.0 video cards and motherboards.
That way they can be compatible with all motherboards and still use lots of power. If it doesn't, it uses the onboard; that's the way it's designed to work.5.
