Deleting the files in the Temporary Outlook attachments folder has restored my ability to see images inserted into the body of my emails. This will keep Outlook's temporary files separated when multiple users share a computer. I tried deleting the key... This is how I got it to work:I had the same problem when we were migrating users from a company we just bought. Worked for me. Manually saving the message has the same behavior as the auto save behavior described above.
