I've been able to import messages and account info into Outlook 2007/Win7 but can find no way of kluging either rules (rwz) or address (wab) info. It is just blank. We'll let you know when a new response is added. To add more contacts folders to Outlook and enable the new folders as an address book, see Create a new Contact folder and enable it as an Outlook Address Book.
