Didnt have an advanced button on my outlook general tab, but went autoarchive tab and found where the old emails are autoarchived. Many people in an organization often deal with the same clients or contacts outside the firm, and each of those people often have the same information in their personal contact list. Is there a way to get the location of your pst file from something outside of opening the outlook program? Any suggestions. In our situation we had the PST file stored on a server. We can quickly restore your data from a backup file.
