When the alert appears on the iPhone accept it.This will cause the entry to reappear on the iPhone and also be accepted in Outlook. After that everything worked great. Done.

The meetings post within 5 seconds for the other two Execs that have the Blackberry's. Most users who have the iPhone aren't reporting any issues. The anti virus I use is Avast! which seems to update daily. The problem seems to occur with reoccurring calendar entries that were accepted on Outlook (desktop).
