Nothing is far too vague to dissect this. The common > denominators > seem to be KB969897, 969898, 968537, 961501 and 970238. OK the error message is "Print preview is not available for html formatted messages." Does that help? Thanks,J. Their error message had a typo. All rights reserved. I posted my findings in microsoft.public.outlook.general - Cant print from outlook and other problems.
