I have one user (out of 400+) who is having a problem creating a DL. Interesting.  It's gotta be pulling from some other group, then.  When you click on the "TO" button and you find the group, which address book is listed in the drop down? Outlook will generate a new nickname cache. Tools > Options > Email Options > Advanced Email Options > Automatic Name Checking is checked.

Opened DL, clicked on Update Now, Save and Close. Lucky me, I got to be a part of the project. In the Navigation Pane, click Deleted Items. As is usual.
