I can only theorize why that happens but I've had to uninstall Norton and use something else. I opened outlook on the other profile on the computer set up her account and all her email came pouring in. I honestly would stop worrying about why outlook won't handle it, and look at a new way of doing your order list. check my blog I think the Outlook itself is corrupted but it is part of her suite and I wasn't sure if I could just uninstall/reinstall Outlook without having to uninstall/reinstall the whole suite.

I researched microsoft's website and tried everything on there but nothing is working. open outlook on exchange connected. I havent tried the mapi tool as well. I agree that something different needs to be utilized.
