When I unticked this box (thus not allowing the server to periodically change), the problem SEEMS to have disappeared after about 4 days of use. I wish they would just up and fix it. My emails are diaster right now. Where has it gone? The email eventually began working normally, but for a brief period of time whatever was in my unread folder once they were read they disappeared like the rest of the inbox. Under Folder Options, select the check box for each folder that you want to use offline. Several functions may not work. Outlook 2010 Emails Disappear Mail syncs with Exchange fine and I have not experienced the changed mail server issues the others have been experiencing. but today only one email (and was the most important email of the day) does not show up on her iphone... Plus because of the way it only brings down mail in the inbox and you have to open each folder to bring the mail down this will cause a bigger headache.
