I adjusted margins down to 5.7 and up to 25.7 from 12.7 at which they were set but I still get the narrow printout. Are you looking for the solution to your computer problem? I am back to 12.7. However, the BOSS wants it fixed, because "that's just not right..." blah, blah, blah. If you've got "the Read all standard mail in plain text" option checked, this might be your problem.
