Brian Cooley found it for you at CES 2017 in Las Vegas and the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. right click on msimn.exe and go to compatibility tab, click 'change settings for all users' and uncheck there 'run this program as administrator'. when i click on inbox in outlook express the error comes up ( abnormal program termination ) and the screen closes to desktop.
