I'm getting about 45 avg with 4xMSAA as well and if I can get 60 solid with 99.9% the same visuals with FXAA...it's a no brainer, but if it blurs the Views 17. I did not notice any difference in motion-blurring betweem 4xAA and FXAA whether turning slowly or quickly (pushing the analogue stick as far as it'll go to the right or left). That used to also be an issue. I don't know exactly what causes it (I think it has something to do with how the game handles polling, though don't quote me on that).
