I restarted the computer and it froze at the same point again. When I bough the computer I had 2GB and 1GB installed already. In any event, modules that are causing problems will be replaced under warranty. To me it seems like one (or both, very unlikely) of the new memory you brought is faulty. Web browsers routinely crash the system, especially when using iTunes at the same time. If they are you can celebrate loudly! I changed the timings in the BIOS to the correct ones and the voltage is at 2.1v normally, so it doesn't look like that did anything. I made sure no wires were blocking airflow as well.
