That is the iso I am trying to dl now. Note that Windows Vista and Windows 7 experienced far fewer computer restart complications as opposed to Windows XP reboot loop issues, possibly because of how things were reworked in those operating I booted the Windows iso off of my usb and tried to do a startup repair and it couldn't diagnose the problem.
